About Youth Town

Youth Town is an institution with a non-profit and faith-based philosophy that offers treatment to adolescents experiencing issues linked to substance abuse, among other mental health disorders. Youth Town is located in West Tennessee; it has been operational for more than sixty years. Youth Town prides itself on providing high-quality therapy services to its clients within a well-structured environment.

At the Pinson campus of Youth Town, residential facilities are offered to adolescents aged between 13-17 years old. On average, adolescents are expected to remain at Youth Town for 120 days to ensure full recovery. The capacity of Youth Town in terms of handling residents per day ranges from 31 to 50, depending on the dormitories available.

Youth Town Treatment Facility

The uniqueness of Youth Town lies in the name of “Lakeside,” the existence of adventure counseling separate from the rest of the counseling services, and the fact that it is a Christ-based organization wherein spiritual enhancement is possible. Yet, it caters to all people, and the uniqueness of the program is that it has a school on the premises where one can earn high school credits for Tennessee and a HiSET diploma.

The program gives twenty-four hour supervision and superb staffing to guarantee safety of its participants. Among the amenities offered by the organization are the sports facilities that provide activities like golfing. Furthermore, healthy meals are stressed just like in schools.

Youth Town Reviews and Ratings

According to the ratings given on April 22, 2026, 4.4 ratings were given by 33 reviewers. There are many interesting stories about the experiences of patients who were once treated by these professionals and their relatives, related to the quality of services they received and the results that followed due to this faith-based therapy.

Parents claim nowadays that their kids had a unique opportunity to get special help through the programs conducted in “Jericho” and “Eden.” It is advisable for parents interested in the program to consult their physician to find out if the adolescent program suits them.

Youth Town Healthcare, Clinical, and Therapy Team

The clinical team at Youth Town includes professionals that have vast experience, as reflected in the CEO, Nicholas Summar, and the Program Director, Eric Bausch. The medical team will include the medical director along with the psychiatrist Dr. Neil Bomar, whose responsibility is to manage the treatment of patients having dual disorders. A medical team is required to help implement programs of treatment for every teenager in the program.

The counseling team involves professional therapists and nurses who conduct counseling therapies with the patients individually, as family, and in groups using different types of trauma therapy programs. The counseling process goes in line with classroom teaching by the academic team members.

Youth Town Address, Location, and Contact Info
