My experience with the intake process at this place was really inconvenient. After providing my child’s information and scheduling availability, I was told I’d get a call on a certain day. When the call came, I missed it by 2 minutes while I was picking up my child from daycare. I called back right away, but was told they had already moved on to the next person. TWO MINUTES. There was no flexibility, no empathy, and the staff member I spoke with sounded dismissive. As a single parent, I don’t have the kind of schedule flexibility this process seems to demand. If I could give them a 0 star rating that would better fit the criteria for this company! DO NOT GO HERE! IF YOU NEED REAL HELP PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO ELSEWHERE! They are the most LAZY, UNHELPFUL, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever had deal with my mental health!!!! DEBBIE (SHE DIAGNOSED ME & PRESCRIBED ME MEDS THAT CAUSED WORSE FLARE UPS THEN BEFORE) FOR SURE ISNT ANY HELP! She will NOT return phone calls after she diagnosis you she doesn’t care! FRONT DESK PEOPLE DEFINITELY COULD Care less! CINDY HUNG UP ON ME QUITE A FEW TIMES (have it recorded) ! PLEASE GO WHERE PEOPLE ACTUALLY CARE & ACTUALLY LIKE WHAT THEY DO! Not sure who’s doing the hiring for this company BUT THEY NEED TO BE FIRED AS WELL !!!!!!!! Will definitely be taking all my evidence & reporting it to EVERY SINGLE AGENCY I CAN !!!!

If you love getting your meds on time, being able to get in touch with your med provider whenever there is an issue, your insurance paperwork being filed in a timely manner, empathy, understanding, and professionalism, then DON’T even attempt to become a patient here. You’ve been warned.

Edit:

Y’all don’t even return phone calls so why would I take the time out to reach out AGAIN. There is nothing y’all can do for me moving forward. I have cancelled my future appointment and will seek services elsewhere. The only advice I have is for y’all to do better and actually take mental health seriously. Good day.

I called begging for help im not ok and I was just transfered to a voicemail. They wont send my meds because they say I owe but I've had insurance up until recently. Theres no communication or compassion

I've been with VBH for over a year, now, and up until recently they'd been great about making sure I had what I needed. Since Christmas 2025, I've been fighting with trying to get a refill of my SSRIs. They hardly answer the phone anymore, and twice I've just been told, "we're putting you on a list, you'll get a call from our doctor later today, or tomorrow." Only to never get those calls. It's frustrating, especially when they know about the health issues that come with abruptly stopping a medication like mine.

First I want too say Sincerely thank yall (2011 employees and beyond thru the years) for really saving my life in mid 2011 thru meds and coming too the facility! I've never missed a med appointment and have followed thru Since 2011! I was an Extremely bad case and my first 3 months was a rough ride. I found my Normal Day too Day Self now it took a while around year 4-5. Thank yall! Ps and 2022 employees for getting Thru that Struggle. Thank Yall again Much Love from the Entire Butts Family!
