Well, they won't even book an appointment. Because I have my own health insurance. Someone legitimately trying to work on their mental health stability can't do it because they have the wrong insurancePosted on Google![]()

I recently had to visit the ER and this was after a great deal of consideration at home whether I could just grin and bare it. I have several chronic pain conditions that land me in the ER on occasion and almost every single time, Rhea Medical Center staff treats me like I'm a drug seeker. This last visit, they discharged me even though my pain level was still at a 9 and I couldn't and still can't walk more than 2 or 3 steps without being in excruciating pain.Posted on Google![]()

Biggest joke for a doctors office ive ever seen. Olivia was great but Roshney or whatever was always rude and condescending and be littled you the whole time when you’d be trying to explain what was wrong. Constantly would say it was in my head and I would basically making stuff up when trying to talk to her about my symptoms. The new doctors I’ve seen over video could absolutely care less and don’t even know my name when I’d go in there! Dawn in the front is normally always rude and the other front lady’s is even more rude and just looks at you like your stupid. Reschedule your appointment without you, knowing or schedule you so far out that you’re running out of medicine. Doesn’t call your meds in when they say they will. The care management harasses you with spam calls til you actually need something then they can’t do anything to actually help they just wanna do what they can to do there job to say they did there part but doesn’t actually offer any benefit. Says you need a job in order to have ADHD/ADD medication. I went into a mental hospital and came out with no meds and they couldn’t see me for 2 weeks out even though I was required to see them as soon as possible and that was with me being outve meds and fresh outve the looney bin. I get making a mistake here and there but not constantly.Posted on Google![]()

I've been going to Rhea Mental Health since at the end of October 2014 when I was 22 years old because I've been having anger management issues, depression and stress and they talked me into going to friendship circle peer support center and I've started going there from the week before Thanksgiving of 2014 to last year I quit going there because they kept closing because they've either called out or they're going on an outing and then I was told that they're moving. Where are they moving to I don't know. I'm fed up with Joanie because she is never going to listen to me and the staffs when we've all tried to make it very clear to her many times about what my work schedule is and what time she can call me which is early morning before I go to work at 11 on Mondays and 12 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and that she can't call me while I'm at work because if a store manager sees me on the phone while I'm on the clock at work I'll get written up and I'll get a point for that. Luckily I haven't gotten written up and got a point for that or I would get upset about it. The only way to get fired from work is if we get 6 write ups and points for either it's because we're on the phones while we're on the clock at work or if we're late. I think Madison scheduled my next appointment in May. I'll check to see. That's why I decided that my next appointment will be my last appointment and I won't be going there for my appointments anymore. It's been fun being there. I've had fun there for depression class when Doug and Jennifer were staffs there and they taught us depression class.Posted on Google![]()

I give the care manager that I have 5 stars but I give the overall experience a 3.. I was told I had to be "working" to be perscribed certain types of medicines.. absolutely absurd.. and discriminatory.Posted on Google![]()

I seen a psychiatrist at this place for about five seconds he shut me down, shut me up prescribe antidepressants without even looking at my charts I could’ve had a stroke or a heart attack with the medication that he prescribed to me for anxiety that did not go with ibuprofen. Extremely high blood pressure on every visit and not one time. Did they try to prescribe a blood pressure medication to me. Five doctors five years they see anxiety they cut you off and will not treat you for anything else.Posted on Google![]()
