Staff are knowledgeable, respectful of clients as well as eachother, and relatable. Groups are well-facilitated and always engaging. The staff asks for our input on each week's topic to create relevant and poignant content which I really appreciate. They listen to clients' needs and quickly make sure they are met. Being in housing with the other women in the program has offered a great sense of community and support which I LOVE because its rare. Having been to several treatment centers I can confidently say Triony is exemplary in terms of staff and programing competence as well as meaningful connection and community. 5 stars would recommend!

Don't be fooled their website. They don't offer any therapies except CBT groups every day.Facilitators Stuart and Alex are great.Dont trust Kelly or Megan, they will say all the great things to get you in but be careful because they will both lie and are not trustworthy.Owners Jay and are both arrogant, never even talk to clients and made me feel very belittled even after Kelly told me I was like family.Be careful and remember it's a business to these people..It's all about the money and that's their main focus even when it's an error on their part. These are facts.

I was a client here. I have been struggling with mental health for over 25 years. I have been to ever facility in Tennessee. Triony is by the best experience I have ever had. The group sessions are the best I ever had. The in depth talks and knowledge the facilitators here is great. The one on one therapy is outstanding. We dive in deep find the root cause and put in real work. The psychiatrist is awesome. I use him now as my doctor. He is very responsive it’s not like some dr’s who feel like your a cattle call. He gets to know you, very knowledgeable about medicine. The staff is great. The program director will do everything in her power to make your stay seem less. She helped in all aspects of my stay. The behavioral health technicians are great. They are at our house at night. Making sure meds are taken and really get to know us. If I have another breakthrough which I pray I don’t there is no place I will go besides Triony. You can email me anytime to ask questions.

This program has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my mental health. The environment is supportive, judgment-free, and truly focused on growth. The facilitators genuinely care, and the sense of brotherhood makes a huge difference—you realize you’re not alone. I’ve gained practical tools and a stronger sense of direction. Highly recommend to any man looking to improve his mental and emotional well-being.

Wow! I was at a crossroads with multiple stressors and complex layers of PTSD generated by negative family and social experiences. They all collected up and in my search for help I found Triony. Their intakes are detailed and valuable. I recieved multiple fact based testing that revealed specific diagnoses that made sense. There are three therapists who regularly put together connected presentations in a lecture based group interaction. These talks are held daily and they cover information and angles of contemplation that stimulate deep reflective thinking designed to slowly shift dysfunctional perspective into conscious behavioral change. The thought positions shift naturally as the science presented create self generating insights. It’s like being schooled into a new version of yourself by friends who have your best interests at heart. If you are ready to take the dive into well delivered, real and substantial change get yourself to Triony. They take insurance!

I cannot overstate how grateful I am to be at Triony Behavioral Health for this part of my recovery journey. As we leave residential treatment, or sometimes just reach a very low point in our lives, having a place this caring and supportive while we reestablish ourselves in society is invaluable. I truly can’t imagine being at the lowest point of my life and being thrown right back into society with nothing. This program has been a progression point that quite literally helped save me from homelessness while I rebuild my life. We attend groups daily, which I’m incredibly grateful for because it gives me a sense of continuing my recovery journey and staying connected. To be honest, the facilitators, Stuart and Alex, are two of the best group facilitators I’ve ever experienced. Case manager Cameron has also been extremely helpful. He helps us get set up with food programs if needed, is very welcoming, and also helps keep us on point. The director, Kellie, is truly a powerhouse in both compassion and guidance. She has been through it herself and leads with genuine understanding and experience. At the same time, she has a way of kindly helping us recognize when we’re in denial and guiding us back on course. The houses are fantastic. In IOP we do have freedom after groups, but there is structure and monitoring, which I’m actually very grateful for while I’m still in this fragile stage of rebuilding my life. I’m also genuinely grateful for the drug testing, because it helps keep me accountable and motivated to stay on track. All in all, I’m incredibly grateful for this program and proud to be part of the Triony community.

A close friend of mine has been attending group therapy here while working through a tough time, and I’ve seen how much this group has helped them. They’ve felt genuinely supported, respected, and safe opening up, which isn’t easy to find. I’m really grateful places like this exist for people who need support.

This place helped a friend through a difficult time in life. After months of trying to find the appropriate care for both physical and mental health he chose here because he felt comfortable sharing in an all male group therapy setting. He went in part time, and came out whole. I am glad to see my friend walk with a little more ease and a smile again.

I’ve held off writing this review for too long. I walked in off of the street for a consultation 3 months ago. I was immediately alarmed at how people seemed to care, and I noticed that this place was different than my past awful experiences in the mental health realm. It took until today for me to finally be comfortable with receiving a helping hand. I needed it more than I could put into words. If you’re tired of doctors minimizing your pain, questioning your mental health, and most importantly invalidating your illnesss… I would urge you to have a consultation. Mental health is a silent disease I entered this program with a laundry list of surgeries, quite a few physical ailments. I was losing my mobility, falling, and losing the use of my hands. I was scared, angry, and my mental health was non existent. All of the work I had done for years, seemed to be done in vain. I was unable to control my shame as feeling less than as a man, and it results in unmanageable anger. Losing one’s physical abilities, while being invalidated by the medical and disability system is maddening. This place has changed my life. The healthcare system doesn’t recognize physiotherapy under insurance purposes. I came into this program particularly for breath work and somatic release. They were phrases I hadn’t heard before. I’m the kind of guy who is tired of cbt dbt and being handed a coloring book and a checklist. Here, they incorporate all that without strict rigidity, it’s kind of fascinating to watch the younger adults understand the lessons and teachings that I already am familiar with in the moment. It’s heartwarming to see it on their face. I’ll wrap it up: this is the only place that I have ever been to where I have felt heard. Understood. Respected. This group of individuals gave me a reason to fight like hell every day to get out the door. Then they gave me the tools I needed to make sure I could get back to my tempurpedic and dog each night. My life is different now, but without their guidance and care there is a chance that I would not be here today. If you’re the kinda hard headed guy who’s sick of the system, take a chance. They kept me safe, they guided me every step through doctors appointments, they helped me with insurance companies, disability process, medication management and they changed my life for the better. I owe them more than I could give. And that’s an uncomfortable feeling for a man who takes pride in saying I’ve never owed a single person as little as a dollar my whole life. I owe this place my life. My new life. Free from the bondage of inescapable shame. Thank you.
