I’ve never felt more like a $ or a # more in my life. When I finally decide to switch providers due to them overcharging they text me every week wanting me to reschedule with them, so I did. They know I just lost a son, they know financially I’m struggling and they still contacted me wanting that money. So I agree, set up the appointment and cancel with the new provider I found. Then suddenly my payment plans aren’t good anymore. When I first started here I felt like it was a great place but it has slowly went down hill when it comes to servicing their patients and making sure they’re good. I hate when people get greedy! The best place to help with addiction. I couldn’t get sober for 12 years until I got connected with this platform. I am so very thankful for everyone that works at this place! So apparently I lost my insurance and wasn't notified and after two visits with them instead of telling me that my insurance wasn't working, they all of a sudden just said if you don't pay $800, whatever it was, you can't be seen.

It's not my fault. They didn't tell me my insurance wasn't going through. I never received anything in the mail saying my insurance was ending. And instead of giving me medication to make sure that I was able to taper down, they just left me cold turkey. So guess who loves heroin again

They really do care about your patients.  They have helped me more than they will ever know.  All the staff is more than respectful.  I wasn't able to pay my full balance and they were nice enough to extend it a couple days, alot of places would kick you out. Highly recommend
