I called to try to get therapy for my family and they refused to help us because the counselors only do individual therapy. And they will only see my teen daughter with PTSD once a month. Also her therapist refused to talk to me before, during or after her first appointment. Everyone who works there seems more stressed and traumatized than the patients. This is disheartening to need help, reach out and be rejected because we don't fit in their box neatly. I first started going to Quinco when I was 13 because of trauma. They never did make anything better but I'm desperate to help my daughter cope.
