Nashville Psych Treatment Facility

What sets Nashville Psych apart is that it offers flexible, client-centered treatment that does not follow the “one-size-fits-all” approach to mental health treatment. The facility offers the full range of treatment services, including individual, play, couples, and group therapy sessions. The facility also offers the complete range of psychological testing, which can be useful in the accurate diagnosis of learning disabilities, ADHD, and other cognitive and emotional conditions.

I work in the mental health field and am very intentional about where I refer clients. I regularly recommend this practice because of the quality of their therapists, their strong ethical standards, and the care their client support team provides. The entire experience feels thoughtful, professional, and genuinely client-centered. They have a great group for individuals dealing with narcissism and comprehensive psychological assessments. The client care coordinator is truly passionate about finding the right fit. .

I was really excited for the opportunity to meet with Dr.Goldstein based on his reviews, but unfortunately the visits were disappointing and I discovered we weren’t a good match after about 3-5 visits. The visits felt judgmental with a lack of empathy.

I can't recommend Helen highly enough. She is intuitive, kind, and wise and has demonstrated, over many years and through many relationships, a deep commitment to service, healing, and justice. While at USN Helen welcomed me and our team into the education community and shared her wisdom, insight, and practices with us and has remained a collaborator, mentor, and friend for many years. You are in caring and capable hands with Helen.

Caty is a part of the rare breed of therapists that make you feel heard, validated, challenged and enlightened all at once. I can tell she actually cares about my wellbeing rather than making me feel like I’m just a number. She has given me tangible tools that have help me on my healing journey and although she has remained professional through and through, I feel like I’ve known her for years. I’m incredibly grateful for the work we’ve done together and highly recommend her for anyone looking to grow in a comforting setting.

I really can't recommend Caty Pooley enough. She has helped me through life's ups and downs for the past 10+ years. She is so warm and thoughtful, and just being in her presence is instantly calming. She is extremely knowledgable and thoughtful with her patients, taking time for each and every one of them, never rushing. It's rare to find such a gem like Caty. It's apparent that Caty has extreme passion for what she does and whole-heartedly cares about the experience and outcomes of her clients. She is a true expert and I would recommend her to anyone.
