Absolutely terrible front desk and billing. I went there bc the call center said they accepted Aetna. My second appointment I asked the loud and bossy receptionist "how much is my copay?" She then informed me they don't accept my insurance and it would be self pay. 500 Dollars. I obviously didn't have 500 bucks, so I paid 100 just to get my script. I said I'm not coming back, I can't afford it, I have insurance to pay. They said they accepted my insurance, then tried to bill me 587 dollars. I'm not paying and I never will. And I only found out they didn't accept my insurance because I ASKED. If I didn't ask I'd have kept racking up bills. The extremely LOUD AND AGGRESSIVE receptionist and her fake tough guy bodyguard with gym muscles are just the WORST. Don't go here. Do not go anywhere near this place. It's garbage. It's terrible. Lauren, the counselor is a nice lady, the nurses are so sweet and the LPN with blonde hair is ok. But the receptionist? LOUD AND IGNORANT as is her fake tough guy behind her with cheap tattoos and gym muscles. You both are terrible peoplePosted on Google![]()

After beginning this positive life changing endeavor about two months ago, I must say I actually enjoy coming to this center as I continue my recovery. It's a rather simple system of follow the rules and guidelines. I am very fortunate and grateful for the HCTC staff. Thank you all!Posted on Google![]()

I usually guest dose here from CT during a hard time for myself and my family. My grandmother is in and out of the hospital here in TN and my guest dosing dates had to change due to her discharge dates and they told me they will no longer guest dose me. Was a great place until they discriminated against me because of a family issue.Posted on Google![]()

I've been in recovery multiple times and at several different Treatment Centers, such as Tri-State and Private Clinic North in Georgia to Volunteer Treatment Center and BHG Nashville in Tennessee. I can honestly say this is by far the best clinic I've ever been to. The staff is professional and everyone of them have gotten to know me and honestly care about my well-being and recovery. From what I see they treat every patient like they treat me. I just can't say enough about this Treatment Center . So if your needing treatment or trying to find the best Treatment Center around, Trust me this one saved my life and is definitely the best around by far.
