Been using HCA OVER 1 YEAR. & still have my kids in med management as of this moment. This place is joke. No communication. No one ever answers the phone or does follow up and definitely dont have useful advice insight or resources. My kids have been using HCA for over a year. The only consistent thing has been is medication management because its literally telehealth. I get a lot of people are new out of school here, which is fine but do better training... we literally had to report that an employee working with our family was showing up to our home unannounced and was lying about stuff to come to our house. (This was reported and he still was there last i knew, also spoke to another family that had him and said they stopped services for the same reasons) I finally stopped those services and asked about doing individual for one of kids and that was months ago. And even though they have talked to us since they've never mentioned it so I aint bothered to ask because its a waste of time. Over all im so disgusted at the mental health services this entire state has to offer but even more so at the patheitc excuse of services offered to our children. But HCA & MHC have been by far the worst for us. I requested records 5 days ago, received a response that I would get a phone call, no follow up I called yesterday and she literally sounded shocked and told me it could take 30 days. The idiot office manager called me and refused to let me talk to someone or anyone above him because "his direct supervisor" wasnt there which is a trending issues especially when you have a problem and he literally told me No, so i called Nashville who was extremely helpful and escalated my request. This whole office needs to be trashed and start over.

0 stars. Do not utilize this agency. Horrible interactions both in person and electronically. They have violated HIPAA, for months now, by messaging me another individuals protected medical information or PHI. I have called multiple times and this still continues. I even contacted their corporate office.

When I made the appointment for my child, I was told by the lady that they would do the assessment and MD visit on the same day. However I now realize that was to get us in there and once Mia finished with the assessment she informed me that they don't ever to assessments and MD visit the same day. I would NOT recommend this center at all!!! Although we spent about 2 hours with this assessment, I might look around for another center to manage meds

I thought it was going to be for my sobriety. But it's more of a waste of time. Not serious about sobriety. Not governed properly. Everyone there is motivated by comfort of the job instead of helping with sobriety. It's not what I'm looking for as a support group. I don't need an adult daycare or videos I need someone holding clients responsible. I need someone recognizing the seriousness of sobriety journey.
