REBT showed up for me specifically in how it targets the belief systems underneath the addiction. The perfectionism, the all-or-nothing thinking, the deep-seated conviction that my failures were uniquely my fault — those patterns were doing a lot of the work that kept me stuck. Working with a therapist to actually examine and dispute those beliefs, not just identify them, made a real difference. Must admit, enrolling myself in the virtual program has absolutely been a blessing. I tend to have intrusive thoughts and go down a rabbit hole of depression. What brought me here was, I thought I was going through a mental breakdown and couldn't stop with the emotional rollercoaster of emotions that followed. Highly recommend if anyone is looking to seek help, this is the place. The staff that I work with are extremely helpful and absolutely genuine. Putting the focus on you and assist you with skills that can give us hope back.

Coming here, I have made a family. Between the staff and my fellow virtual members, its a wonderful support team which we all need. Am truly grateful to all. Can testify if you follow through with the skills and techniques, the change in you, will not be rapid but consistency is prgross. For me I've seen a difference in me from 30 days ago.

I was using daily and thought that was just my life now. The facility here showed me a different path. The intensive program kept me accountable and connected to recovery. The group sessions were honest about addiction and recovery. The individual counseling helped me understand my triggers. I'm five months clean and things are getting better. Groups feel like they are either reading a poorly written script, or that they are talking to children. You could better help from YouTube. I came from an excellent program run by recovery unplugged, and quite honestly this was just down right disappointing. The therapist I was paired with was awesome, unfortunately everything else was sub par at best. I sought care elsewhere due to watching the substandard group meetings and management.

I came to the rehab center feeling completely hopeless about my future. The staff here met me with compassion and expertise. The addiction treatment program is comprehensive and addresses why I was using. The intensive program gave me structure and support. The group sessions were transformative. I'm eleven months sober now and building a life worth living. I'm working in a job I care about, my family relationships are healing, my physical health is better.
