Every person who works at Crossroads are so nice. They are concerned about the whole person, not just your addiction and sobriety (that of course, is their top priority). They keep a notebook full of resources and if there isn't a resource in the notebook, they go even further in researching the specific area you need, trying to help and support you. They understand that if you are struggling in another area of your life, it could cause a relapse. Amanda is wonderful! I have missed my appointments a lot! She returns my calls and sooths me. She helps get me in as quickly as possible. They understand that life happens. Rain is on top of everything! She is in the Oak Ridge office where I go. She could run the whole office by herself. She has many times when I have been there. I adore the doctor! I wish that I could remember her name. She is kind, thoughtful and caring in the way she responds to her clients situation. I can't remember everyone's names...I wish that I could! I have had people call me, text me .or have talked to them in the office..every one of them are kind and helpful. Thank you to everyone at Crossroads for you care and concern.
