The mission statement of this clinic is to offer “noble purpose” healthcare services by ensuring the availability of behavioral health resources to Hamilton County residents.

Centerstone Chattanooga Treatment Facility

Another distinctive feature of the treatment center under analysis is the innovation of a concept called “Health Home,” according to which the presence of healthcare options for addressing the physical needs of patients is combined with behavioral healthcare interventions. Therefore, it becomes possible to address all the issues that influence the health of people who seek assistance. Some unique programs that are applied at the facility involve school-based and family-based therapy, making it convenient for clients to obtain help directly at their place of residence. The opportunity exists to receive outpatient MAT intervention for those battling with opioid and alcohol abuse disorders.

The services that one might enjoy at the facility involve the application of telehealth options, which makes it possible to deliver help to people living in remote areas. One may also mention the option of contacting the center hotline 24/7 to obtain mobile crisis intervention in case of emergencies. It is important to note that the main focus of the program is on managing co-occurring disorders and social factors.

My child has been going there for two years and she’s gotten worse. They aren’t helpful, they don’t listen, they gas light you, and refuse to communicate

Brooke is really good and has helped me through a really hard time. She's an excellent doctor. I have been to other places like Chattanooga Behavior Alliance and this place is really so much better and really made a big difference in my life. I'm very grateful I found this place and was referred when I did because it has been a tremendous help in my life and I really recommend anyone who is having a hard time or struggling make an appointment if needed.

The Cleveland location is a thousand times better, the receptionists at the Chattanooga location have terrible attitudes and absolutely no empathy. It is obvious they don’t care about their patients, which is wild given they should be trying to IMPROVE mental health and wellness, not further harm it with their unwelcome behavior. And I understand that during busier hours things can seem rushed, but you can be busy and still be kind. Clearly no one taught this team that

DO NOT GO TO THE PSYCHOSOCIAL GROUP THAT IS LOCATED NEXT DOOR TO THE THERAPY OFFICE!!! MY EXPERIENCES THERE WERE AWFUL. I started going to the program offered at centerstone after my therapist recommended it back in August 2025. It was good for my first few months but it turned bad. Apparently the staff there I will just use their first initial, J & J, the two there are awful people. The boss lady J accused my friend of bullying someone when in reality she was defending herself because he likes to follow the girls at the group around everywhere and he touched her in the van without her consent. She has also been hugged from behind from an older man and all they can do is suspend him for a week. People who are creepy and can't keep their hands off people need to be banned. It's like J & J hate the people here and show ZERO concern for their clients. The other J also is very rude and has an attitude on her. She also shows no care for people if they don't want to come back or if there is cyberbullying from people there happening outside of group. They don't care about their patients and their safety, and cant get the people there to be kind to each other, just too much drama for a group that is full of GROWN ADULTS, its almost like a middle school lunch table. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THE THERAPY OFFICE IS OKAY BUT THE PSYCHOSOCIAL GROUP, NO. Safe to say I will NOT be stepping a foot back in there.

I would give it a half star, the counselor formally at Central High, Mr.Brett was pressuring a student to meet with him at a park he was persistent about it, when the company was questioned about the policy involving students I was told that they can meet with students anytime as long as they are 16 and over, also i was told it was ok for the counselors to give students their phone numbers,I find that weird that counselors at Centerstone are doing that.

Absolutely abhorrent services. Would promise to send prescriptions, and then simply not. Literally sent me into major withdrawals from psychiatric medication due to negligence. Disgusting.
