List or Claim Your Profile

If you run a treatment program in Tennessee, there's a reasonable chance you're already in our directory. We build listings from public records rather than waiting for providers to submit them, so a profile can exist without anyone at the facility knowing about it.

That's the reason this page exists. A listing built from public sources is only as current as those sources, and you know things about your own program that no register holds. Claiming your profile means telling us what's right, what's wrong, and what's changed — and we update our TreatmentTennessee.com listing to match.

Two ways in, one place to start

Already listed? Get in touch and tell us you’d like to claim the profile. We’ll go through the details with you.

Not listed yet? Get in touch and tell us about your program. We’ll take a look.

Why an accurate listing matters

People don’t search for treatment the way they search for a restaurant. They search under pressure, often on someone else’s behalf, and usually by place — a town, a county, a neighborhood they can actually get to. Our TreatmentTennessee.com directory is organized the same way, so a program in Cleveland turns up for people looking in Bradley County rather than being buried under statewide results.

What that’s worth to you depends entirely on whether the details are right. A phone number that rings out, a level of care listed that you stopped offering last year, an address that points at your billing office instead of the building people should walk into — each of those turns a person who wanted your program into a person who called someone else.

What claiming lets you put right
Contact details — the number you want people to call, and who picks it up
Address — which site is clinical, which is administrative, and what people should expect on arrival
Levels of care — what you actually run now, not what a register recorded at licensing
Licensing and accreditation — current status, including anything renewed or added since we last checked
Who you serve — populations, specialties, and languages spoken, where that shapes who should be calling you

If you’re already listed

Contact us and say which program you’re claiming. Tell us what’s out of date and we’ll take care of it from there. If something you tell us reads differently in the public record, that’s usually just licensing catching up with a change you already made — we’ll sort it out with you.

It doesn’t need to be formal. A short message from a clinical director, an admissions lead, or whoever knows the details best is plenty to get started.

If you’re not listed yet

Get in touch and tell us about the program. We’re a Tennessee directory, so what we’re looking for is straightforward: where you are, what levels of care you provide, and how someone reaches you.

Smaller programs are especially worth hearing from. Public records tend to favor the organizations with the resources to keep every register current, which means the outpatient practice or the single-site program can be the hardest to find and often the closest to the person searching. If that’s you, please do write. Our listing criteria page sets out what we look at.

What’s useful to send

None of this is a checklist you have to complete before writing to us — a short message is a fine place to start. But the more of this you can include, the fewer rounds it takes:

  • The program’s legal name, plus any name it trades under
  • Street address of the site people attend
  • A direct phone number, and whether it reaches the site or a central intake line
  • Levels of care you currently run
  • Licensing details and any accreditation
  • A name and role for whoever we should follow up with

Plain facts are the most useful thing you can send. We write the listings ourselves, so there’s no need to prepare anything polished — the details are what we’re after.

Get in touch

One route for both, whether you’re claiming an existing profile or asking about a new one.

And if something changes later — you move, add a level of care, switch numbers — just tell us. We’d much rather hear from you a second time than leave something wrong on the page.

Where listings appear

Our directory runs from statewide down to individual neighborhoods. It’s worth looking at the page covering your area before you write, so you can tell us what’s missing or wrong there.
